This weekend we updated the platform.

Added new preset filters in Customer base section

Added new events for webhooks (still working on documentation, sorry)

Fixed Custom fields widget for cardholder profile

and some other bug fixes

We have updated the platform. The update contains a number of fixes and improvements.

The most important. We have learnt to filter customers by many parameters. You are now able to precisely search for customers in the database. Arbitrary filters are available.

Try the grouping of filters using AND/OR operators. This allows you to create more complex search rules.

We have pre-filled some of these groups for you and brought them out as buttons. We call such sets "meta-filters". Look, for example, at meta-filters for RFM analysis. I hope it will be very useful.

We plan to add new meta-filters to the list regularly, and it will also soon be possible to save your own customer segments for future use.

We have prepared our long-awaited API 2.0.

Now it can:

Create cards, make accruals and view operations

Send push notifications

We will replenish this list during this month with all the tools necessary for work.

We have published two platform updates in the last week.

Here's what's available now:

Also we continue to optimise the system in the background. The database has been working steadily for a long time now. We are working on improving the performance of the push notifications for Apple Wallet, as this is a resource-intensive process and large mailings are time-consuming.

And the main priority now is API v2. We have even hired another developer to do this thing. We need to take into account all the wishes, but at the same time not to lose the security and speed of the server. This block also includes Zapier/Pabbly integration update. We plan to launch it by the end of the month.

As previously announced, we have released a new type of card - Reward card. Now it is open in the template builder.

These cards have the same design and settings as the other types, including custom fields. Bonus points are accumulated on the balance of the card. They can be added via the scanner app. You can create an unlimited number of tiers (thresholds) in template builder. When the card balance reaches the threshold a certain reward becomes available. You can give out rewards through the scanner app. If several rewards are available, they are given out in reverse order. Soon we will add the ability to give out a specific reward.

Note: we launched this card type as an MVP, we want to collect feedback and correct its behavior. Please write your thoughts.

Also added to scanner app a possibility to accrual/withdraw for Subscription and Certificate cards.

Here's what we did:

Even faster templates list loading, as well as the card information page. Now it is almost instant.

Updated charts on the dashboard, they have a new look. Now filling with data.

Added new fields to the transaction history and report export

Displayed additional custom fields on the back of the card, corrected the link for the field type "address"

Refreshed email templates

- When registering, the tariff is now mandatory field

- Generating PDF works again

- Fixed sending out automatic pushes when multiple triggers of the same type are set on the same template

- Plus a lot of smaller tweaks and fixes that I had already forgotten about)

By the end of the month we want to publish new statistics widgets and a new type of card.

Each day we uploaded a small piece - a fix, an improvement, or a wish.

Among them:
▶ The card issue form with optional fields has been improved. Previously such fields for the types like "number" or "email" had to be filled in anyway. Now it can be saved blank if it's not required.
▶ Returned saving of a comment during an accrual in the scanner and in the cardholder's profile.
▶ Fixed the logos in the PDF. For some PDFs, the logo was downloaded from the legacy system, where they no longer exist, now from the cloud.
▶ Disallowed the managers to charge the card if it is expired.
▶ Displayed the date of the last transaction in the manager's profile
▶ Allowed the field "number" on the card issue form to contain numbers starting with 0. This is useful, for instance, if users have IDs in other CRMs.
▶ Corrected the caption text below the barcode for sabaccounts.
▶ Changed the coupon redemption button.
▶ Accrual can now be made by pressing Enter.

We have also improved the automatic push notification sending so that there should be no duplicates, and we have accelerated batch sending of automated push notifications to large lists of cardholders. At the same time, we've made a few other improvements: fixed pre-counting recipients when sending to segments, and added automatic event-based notifications. We plan to release this improvement next days.

In addition, we have not forgotten about the API v2, which was promised to be published in January, it is in the queue. And a batch card update, this will go to work right after the automated push notifications.

Here's what's new:

- Added card recovery via SMS

- Returned information push text to Android cards' back side

- Returned custom fields to the front side of Apple and PWA cards

- Fixed an expiration date error when earning points or stamps

- Fixed broken stamps pictures for PWA

- Allowed editing the "number of points when card is issued" field after template activation

Made a number of modifications in UI/UX:

- Added an information icon to each header in the template designer

- Added email validation to "active links" section in the designer

- Improved usability of working with UTM tags

- Some improvements in the coupon designer

- and some others

- Made some fixes in PWA cards (links, dates, headers).

- Added the possibility to edit expiration dates for all types of cards.

- Optimized some stats queries for the dashboard. This is relevant to customers with a large volume of cards issued. We will continue speeding it up in the future.

- Optimized the downloading process of XLS with cardholders.
